Ya Tu Sabes Monologue Slam Finalist
This year, I was selected as a finalist for the Ya Tu Sabes monologue slam for a monologue I wrote. I got to fly out to LA to see my piece get filmed and got to the premiere at the Ricardo Montalban Theatre. It was a magical experience I'll never forget.
Stephens College Alum Showcase 2026
I was so thrilled to be asked to read a chapter from Mortal Ties for this showcase! On top of the reading, I also had a table set up where I sold copies of my books, art, and jewelry!.
The Banquet-Short Film
I just wrapped a short film written/directed by Patrick Simas called, "The Banquet". This hilarious film tells the story of a married couple as they are thrust into whimsical scenario featuring drag kings and queens, props, and lots of laughs. This film is available to watch on Vimeo!
